If you are not into MTB, there is plenty to do in the summer in Morzine, with or without the assistance of the lifts, from hiking and mountain biking to go-karting all the way down (if you dare).

Summertime is also a great time to visit the restaurants at the top of Super Morzine. Following your trip on the Super Morzine lift either on foot and with a pedestrian pass, or by bike and with a bike pass you then have access to a wide variety of bars/ restaurants with glorious sunny decking areas. If you are a pedestrian and wish to visit Avoriaz for the day, there is a great lift-assisted hike that meanders through the trees and takes about 40 minutes.
